Successful Leadership Transition

I was asked by Alan Fleischmann to discuss my thoughts on the process of selecting and transitioning a new CEO. My immediate thought was, this is a great idea and an extremely important concept. Transition is hard in the easiest of circumstances. So, it's important to highlight when it's done well.
